As 2025 draws to a close, it offers an opportunity to reflect on a year defined by precision, pace and problem-solving. For Artisan Joinery Group, it has been a year of delivering complex, design-led projects for some of the world’s most recognisable luxury brands, while continuing to strengthen our reputation for bespoke craftsmanship and reliable in-house manufacture.
Throughout the year, our workshop and site teams have worked across a diverse mix of permanent installations and short-term retail environments. From flagship department stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis, Harvey Nichols and H Beauty to a wider range of retail and commercial settings, our focus has remained consistent: translating brand identity into beautifully made, practical joinery that performs in demanding, real-world environments.
A Year Shaped by Luxury Retail
Luxury retail has continued to be at the heart of our work in 2025. We have been proud to collaborate with brands including Dior, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Maison Crivelli, Malin+Goetz, Fresh, Acqua di Parma and Miller Harris, delivering bespoke furniture, display units and interior elements that align with exacting brand standards.
Many of these projects required tight programmes, live trading environments and flawless finishes — challenges that demand careful coordination between design, manufacture and installation. Working within some of the UK’s most prestigious retail spaces brings a unique level of complexity, but it is one our team is well-versed in managing.
A particular highlight this year was the delivery of the Maison Crivelli library installation within Harrods, London. This project exemplified the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail required when working within heritage luxury spaces, combining refined materials, precise detailing and seamless integration within an existing retail environment.
Bespoke Joinery, Made In-House
What underpins every project we deliver is our fully in-house approach. From initial drawings through to manufacture, finishing and installation, each stage is carefully controlled by our team. This allows us to maintain consistency, respond quickly to design changes and uphold the quality standards expected by luxury brands.
In 2025, our bench joiners, sprayers and project managers worked closely to deliver complex pieces at pace, without compromising on finish or function. Whether producing one-off feature units or repeat elements rolled out across multiple locations, our focus on precision joinery and high-quality finishes has remained central to our work.
Problem-solving has been a defining feature of the year. Live retail environments, evolving briefs and challenging site conditions are part of the reality of our sector. Our ability to adapt, propose solutions and deliver under pressure has been key to maintaining long-standing relationships and securing repeat work.
Beyond Retail
While luxury retail continues to dominate our portfolio, 2025 has also seen us complete work in other environments, including schools and colleges. These projects require a different balance of durability, compliance and design sensitivity, and we see them as an important area of future growth.
As we look ahead, we remain keen to apply our experience and manufacturing capability to a broader range of sectors, including hospitality, education and commercial interiors, while continuing to support the luxury brands we work with today.
Looking Forward to 2026
As we move into 2026, our outlook is ambitious and confident. The year ahead represents an opportunity to build on the momentum of 2025, deepen relationships with existing clients and introduce our capabilities to new sectors and partners.
We are committed to continuing investment in our people, processes and workshop facilities, ensuring we remain agile, reliable and capable of delivering projects of increasing scale and complexity. Above all, we look forward to another year of collaboration, creativity and craftsmanship.
Thank you to the clients, partners and teams who have worked with us throughout 2025. We look forward to what 2026 will bring.
