Bellway Homes is a UK based national house builder

Bellway Homes needed an imaginative joinery manufacturer and approached Artisan Bespoke Joinery with a relatively loose brief, to design them a garden office pod to site at their flag ship east midlands housing development site.

Never to shirk a challenge and always happy to explore new avenues, this was a totally new area for us, but Artisan Bespoke Joinery skills and knowledge were entirely transferable.

Following a very limited brief we proposed various bespoke woodworking designs to the client that were both visually exciting but would be able to be produced within the given budget and meet the criteria set out.

Incorporating some of the latest technology in exterior weatherproofing Artisan Bespoke Joinery produced an office pod suitable and durable enough for weather extremities and at the same time offering outstanding performance & stability. Fully insulated in the roof, walls & floor, the buildings are double glazed & painted as standard.

It is our intent to roll these out as a bespoke joinery kit and so we had to incorporate a certain modularisation into the design so that we could simply expand the size to add or omit certain features etc.

A new way of thinking and a whole new area, pulling in all our knowledge to create something different from what’s currently available on the market, with a certain amount of bespoke flexibility. Our team at Artisan Bespoke Joinery met all aspects of the brief for Bellway Homes and as ever, provided quality custom joinery within budget.
