Burberry in Harrods

Client had secured the window exhibition site within Harrods to support launch their new fragrance brand and appointed Artisan from a number of custom joinery specialists to support them in this fast-track delivery requirement

From an initial meeting with the client team at Harrods we were challenged to deliver the complete project within 5 weeks. Through our close relationship with the design team we enabled practical solutions to fast-track the custom exhibition stand project through to delivery on schedule.

Working with a specific budget we approached the custom exhibition stand design knowing that timing and quality of our custom joinery services was paramount. We therefore dissected the whole custom joinery project into the easy deliverables focusing upon those first to leave time and resources to solve the more challenging elements. Tasking the client with selecting options to address what was deliverable within the schedule worked well. With an intimate knowledge of the brand we adapted our production methodology to deliver a combination of retail fittings to achieve a visually stunning presence within the world’s most prestigious department store.

Benefit for the client was a much-enhanced visibility for the brand and a favoured relationship with Harrods that gained them further marketing opportunities. Benefit for Artisan was a much stronger relationship with the client built through our high levels of response, dedication, and service, not to mention the superb quality achieved with this custom exhibition stand.

Following this project we became the clients ‘go to’ contractor partner on their important visibility projects. Learning to lead the pragmatic elements involved meant a streamlining of some of our processes and systems that subsequently proved invaluable on future high pressure custom joinery projects.

Subsequently Artisan Joinery Group were invited down to Harrods by their visibility team to discuss our availability to be one of their preferred contractors for their client suppliers who require promotional custom joinery build and installation in their store.
